About Pam Van Rooyen

I am a full-time, professional realtor who is passionate about using my technical knowledge and service mindset to assist you, as a potential client, with your real estate needs.  Real estate transactions can be very stressful for a wide variety of reasons and fraught with potential for financial and legal missteps, so caution is very much in order; my duty to YOU is to prepare you, manage the process from preparation through close, and advise you with timely communication every step of the way. I will make sure nothing falls through the cracks and we close the transaction successfully.  Your transaction is my most important and my clients will tell you that you can trust me - that trust frees YOU up to focus on the important decisions according to your needs and goals. With years of experience and scores of transactions, I have a wide variety of experience throughout the metro Atlanta area as well as nationally through our strategic partner network. I either have the answers you need or know somebody who does! With a husband that is a general contractor and many whole house renovations under my belt, I have a wide body of experience as well as a wide network of vendors to help make targeted pre-sale improvements or evaluating remodeling potential to make a purchase your dream home.
